Plans, pricing and the money-back guarantee
Audit, Growth and Managed prices monthly and yearly, what each includes, and the 14-day money-back guarantee as written in the terms.

EchoPilot has three plans, billed per business in US dollars, exclusive of any applicable taxes, monthly or yearly. Every figure below comes from the same constants that render /pricing.

Yearly billing is twelve months for the price of 9.6, rounded to the dollar: 20% off the monthly price. Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout; EchoPilot never stores card details.
What each plan includes
Audit — the monthly audit of 86 checks, 1 on-demand audit per billing period, the 90-day memo.
Growth — everything in Audit, plus 12 drafted posts a month across any 2 of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Google Business.
Managed — everything in Growth, plus 24 drafted posts a month across any 4 channels, Google Business posts, review reply drafts, monthly competitor watch, a market brief, on-demand re-audits (30 per period, still one per 24 hours), and priority support.
Features that belong to a later release phase are shown on /app/billing as "included when it ships". They are part of the plan and switch on when released, at no extra charge. The 14-day money-back guarantee
Every plan carries the badge "14-day money-back guarantee". The term, as written in the terms §5.6:
If EchoPilot isn't useful in your first 14 days, email [email protected] and we refund the first payment in full.
The conditions are:
- it covers the first payment only, monthly or yearly;
- once per business;
- it must be requested within 14 days of the first charge;
- it is refunded to the original payment method, and the subscription ends when the refund is issued;
- it does not apply to renewals, to plan changes, or to accounts terminated for cause.
This is a refund term, not a promise about outcomes. EchoPilot does not and cannot promise search positions, traffic, leads or revenue.
Other refund terms
Separately from the money-back guarantee, if a paid audit fails to run for reasons on EchoPilot's side and it cannot be fixed within 7 days of your report, the affected period is refunded (terms §5.5). Dissatisfaction with a score, or with how any platform treats your business, is not a service failure.
Changing plans
Moving between plans is done in the Stripe billing portal ("Manage billing" on /app/billing), so Stripe prorates the change. Checkout buttons are for accounts without a live subscription. After a downgrade, queued content above the new quota is marked unavailable on tier rather than published.
Price changes
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period (terms §5.8).
Where the service is offered
The service is not offered to persons in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (terms §2). A billing address in a restricted territory leads to cancellation and refund.

The free score costs nothing, needs no account, and stays free regardless of plan.
